How does the "3 for 2, 6 for 4, 9 for 6" offer work?

During our Black Friday campaign, you can get three products for the price of two! To take advantage of the offer, simply add three items of your choice to your cart. At checkout, the cost of the cheapest item will automatically be deducted. This offer is valid site-wide.

The "3 for 2, 6 for 4, 9 for 6" offer also applies when you add six items to your cart. You will pay for the four most expensive products and get the two cheapest ones for free. If you add nine items to your cart, you will pay for the six most expensive items and get the three cheapest items for free.

Are all products eligible for the campaign?

Yes! The Black Friday Offer is made available to all products site-wide.

When does the campaign start and end?

The campaign is valid from Friday, November 29th through Monday, December 2nd. Orders placed outside this timeframe will not be eligible for the promotion. Our newsletter subscribers will get early access to the offer.

What shipping options are offered?

We always offer free standard shipping and free returns in the US and Canada. All US domestic and Canadian orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, USA.

What is the delivery time during Black Friday?

Delivery times during Black Friday may be longer than usual due to high demand and increased order volumes. We pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there might be transportation delays beyond our control.

Can I use other discounts or codes alongside the Black Friday offer?

This is an exclusive promotion and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders after they have been placed, as they are processed quickly and sent to our warehouse for delivery. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to make a return, please register your return or exchange in our returns portal to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once your package is on its way back to us, you will receive an exchange code sent to your email.If you have chosen to make a return for a refund, please keep in mind that we will process it within two weeks of receiving the return. Please note that refunds will not include the value of the free item received during the "3 for 2, 6 for 4, 9 for 6" promotion.

Return Policy

Yes, we have extended our return policy until January 15. The items must have their original tags attached and be unused.

Returns: If you return the free item included in the promotion, you will not receive a refund for it, as the promotional benefit no longer applies when you don’t keep three items. This means you will need to pay the full price for the items you choose to keep. For this reason, exchanging an item is often more beneficial, as it allows you to retain the deal.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive a code for the full value of the returned item, which you can use to purchase the correct size or a different product.
