Macade Golf offers free worldwide returns.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. You are welcome to open and try on your items, but all products must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached. Original packaging must also be included and returned in its original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return conditions, please see our Return Policy in the FAQ.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Register your return
Register your return or exchange through our Returns Portal.
2. Pack your items
Place the items securely in the original packaging. If the original shipping box is no longer available, you may use a similar-sized box.
3. Attach the return label
Download and print your return label, then attach it securely to the outside of the package, covering the original shipping label.
4. Drop off your return
Check which carrier is stated on your return label: FedEx, DHL, or PostNord (Sweden). Hand in your package at your nearest service point for the relevant carrier.
Processing your return
We usually process returns within 7 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you can do so directly in the return portal when registering your return. Simply select your preferred size during the registration process, and your new order will be dispatched as soon as we have processed your return at our warehouse.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please register a return and place a new order.
Please note that your return and exchange may be affected during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales, and new releases) due to high demand, and that our return and exchange policy might be temporarily altered to accommodate this demand.
